We are recruiting for Native speakers of English from USA,UK,Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. We will also consider applications from fully bilingual countries: Scandinavia, Holland and Northern Europe on a case by case basis as well as the Bahamas, Guyana, Jamaica and English-speaking minor countries. You are required to teach English in Preparatory Year Programs Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Skills Required:
BA in relevant field (English, Education Linguistics, TESOL) or
Bachelors’ Degree & CELTA/TESL/TEFL certificate
CELTA/TESOL/TEFL qualification required - 120 hrs face to face classroom tuition
2 years, ESL teaching experience
Diligent, dynamic and computer literate
Native English speaker only
Minimum age 20 and maximum 60 years
Minimum Contract Period: 1 year – renewable

Responsibilities will include:
Plan, prepare & deliver lessons for groups & individuals
Design & produce teaching materials as well as adapt existing
Ability to assess students’ needs and progress
Plan schemes of work
Keep good records
Attend team meetings
Contribute to training sessions
Assist and advise colleagues
Prepare relevant information for inspection and quality assurance visits
Assist in the development and review of institutional policies relating to the education of students with English as a Second Language
Engage in continuous professional development (CPD)
