He claims to have 2 sons and 1 daughter that need a tutor because they just moved from Chile.
Almost fell for it.
TEACHERS! Please watch out for this man. Hernan Blanco. This is a SCAM. He offers a lot of money, and will hire you without meeting you. Don't send him money. He will eventually ask for something. Please tell others. You will see him advertising in many different countries. Nigeria is one of them. Also Germany,England, etc. He may change his name. Please be cautious. I have reported him to the authorities.
