"Kim Lee" is a typical Korean name, and no Chinese family name in Mandarin (Putonghua) would never end in -m (the family name in Chinese is, as many of you will be aware, always the first syllable of a complete name! The order of sequence of family and given names is just the other way round than according to Western habits!), it can only end either in -n or (less frequently) in -ng. This is due to the phonological structure of Mandarin Chinese. Only in certain dialects, there may be an -m if you pronounce that name according to a dialect variant. But officially, only the Putonghua variant without -m would be used!

A person with a Korean name can hardly be a native of Zunyi in Guizhou Province, China!

Hahaha, the scammer in question has not done his homework and gives you a Korean name pretending to be native Chinese. It simply does not match for mere linguistic reasons, and it is good that the scammer is an idiot and does not know the difference between Chinese and Korean names! For, this will out him as the kind of person he is - a crook and just a dirty scammer.
