I can confirm your story! Burcu also harassed me and when I tried to quit working for him because of the abuse, he tried to blackmail me for money and said that he would ask his police friends to arrest me and put me in jail if I don't stay working for him. I was so scared that I just fled the country! And of course he never even paid my last month of salary! So DO NOT work for Oxford as Academy!
