hahaha! You may have created a major delemma for other posters not knowing whom to support. They could plump for you. My guess is they will find it safer to remain silent, since I'm not overly popular.
My position is this, since you are new on the site and probably don't know. Only native English speakers should be allowed to teach English in China. The first choice for the Chinese should be fully qualified native English speaking FT's. Now there won't be enough to go around so the Chinese should then employ degreeless native English speaking FT's to make up the numbers and meet demand. On no account should second language 'English teachers' be employed as teachers. They can wash the toilets out if such positions are available to them. Now I don't know if you are a native or non-native English speaker ,but either way you should not be allowed to teach. Your English is sloppy at the best.
