I see. But as an Academic Dean of our school I would not employ you with that work history. Next to proper academic and professional teaching credentials you would be required to have 3 years of ESL teaching experience at a decent school in public adult education. We are going to hire an ESL teacher next year for our new College in Switzerland, there will be a good salary of at least 4500 Swiss Francs a month with a weekly teaching load of 78 academic hours a week. Job applicants need to have a Master degree in a relevant subject area, preferably English Linguistics and recognized teaching credentials that would also qualify for a an ESL position in public education.
You see, many employers don't trust training centres and the people working for them.
Thus, you may choose to take your pride elsewhere....hahahhahahhaha

Well, when the applicant arrives brandishing his masters, and is linguistically-enabled will you personally give him a grammar test? Hahaha! lol.

How about an imaginary scenario. If one of your supporting posters, who has a current Chinese residence permit wants to leave the school he's at and hold himself up as a carrot to entice a different and worthier school, will you be salivating at the prospect of encouraging him to join you in Switzerland?

Let's get this straight- a successful candidate would need the right credentials on paper but his English wouldn't have to be too good- is that correct? So credentials first and actual ability on the ground would come second?
