When I lived in Shenzhen and worked for this company, two people that worked for them as well had the air con in their living room break. When they told the Helen company about this, the company said that they must pay to have the air con fixed themselves. When they refused, saying that the air con never work in the first place, the Helen company told the landlord to brake the other air cons in the bedrooms. Shenzhen is one of the hottest cities in China and this happened this last summer. This is the kind of caring company you are working for. I was lucky, my apartment wasn't too bad, by my air con leaked water all summer. But, I stayed with this company for only 8 months before I had it. I now work in Taiwan and make almost 3 times what I made working for Helen. Oh, I should mention, you don't get paid for holidays even though they promise to at least pay you half for this. My advice it to break your contract with them, since it's a bogus contract anyways, and find another job ASAP.
