Actually the Same rules and laws applied to everyone and experienced people know that, regardless of any other attribute they may have. Same exact rules apply to get a Z visa. I met a Brit or Australian, great teacher but 70 and so he is now teaching in Thailand. China is not the USA, where some people have no paper work. There are pretty girls in all provinces of China and all over the World. I have spent decades in the Far East. There are some regrettable instances of some Guangdong places conning foreigners about Z visas. It is wrong that happens. No where else in China is like that.
