Was only strictly poking my head round due to this morning's lack of creative ideas and taking a quick coffee break, but I'll make a quick point here...

Some crappy TCs even fear the arrival of real teachers with large amounts of experience elsewhere and more than a mere TEFL... They tend to quickly expose fellow teachers and supervisors for the frauds that they are and make them feel very uncomfortable. Kind of relates to the whole Chinese obsession with 'Harmonisation' in the most negative kind of ways.
