True, I mean I’m not one for elitism, but wouldn’t you prefer to work for a company that hires those with a good education, that probably got good grades from a good university than a company whose main source of ‘talent’ are alcoholic or drug addicted homeless people?

So, what you get are companies that are; as opposed to being proud of their great performance and only wanting to recruit the very best, thus rejecting most applicants, is a company that likes to shout out “We will give absolutely anybody a job”. Which ultimately means that it is not the work of the ‘successful applicant’ that will earn money for the company, but the ‘successful applicant’ themselves, through exploitation, getting scammed etc.

There are even companies that would prefer to hire shit people, because they are easier to control. Even notice that the foreign D.O.S at almost every TC is a complete useless dildo with nowhere else to go?

One shit company that I previously worked for said that they preferred hiring British teachers to American ones because they are more polite and not so bad-tempered. What they really expected from a British guy like me, was ‘unconditionally obedient, regardless of how much you get shit on’. What they really meant was that stereotypically , Americans whether it be it a character flaw or a character strength, tend to be more direct and take less shit in general, hence they perceive them as being more difficult to control.
