It is funny that AYC claims to pay on time, to reimburse visa runs, and to even follow a contract. I can say with complete honesty that i am NOT a pedophile or retard. In America, we are educated and are capable of reading contracts and tend to be politically correct. Retard? Pedophile? Seriously? Are you 5 years old? I have never once been paid on time and why? Because KD has a drinking and gambling problem. The man literally takes teachers' salaries and gambles the money away. I was OK with this agency and KD's "secret" problem (not so secret when everyone is aware of it, including the schools, which is why so many contracts have been dropped from AYC). When did i start having a problem? When i was given permission by my school director to take a visa run during my perferred time period and not AYC's. What happened? As i was on a bus out of the country, i get a call saying that i will be deducted 1700 THB (over my daily rate) because they last minute decided my visa run timimg was not good for them. Now i have a serious problem with AYC because they gave me a "poor performance" rating because I caught the flu (was hospitalized) and missed 2.5 days of school, i also had an accident and was again hospitalized and could not walk and missed a few days to heal my ankle. In my contract i was allocated sick days,.i used them, but they deducted an extra day of pay from my salary. OK, fine, take another day from my salary, not much i could do since i was in the hospital. But why give me a "poor performance" rating and deduct my bonus??? Isnt it enough that you take 20,000+ TBH from my monthly salary? I am a very well respected US citizen, graduated college with a 3.6 GPA, zero criminal record, and no drinking problem. My students respected me and I went above and beyond my daily tasks as a teacher. I even VOLUNTEERED teaching for AYC on numerous occasions and all i got was a smack in the face. Maybe some people are criminals and pedopgiles and that is awful, but it is even more awful that AYC hires them....AYC the pedophile enablers of Thailand. Shame on ypu, KD. Have some common decency. Stop blaming others for your faults. I hope you look in the mirror someday and see who you have become.
