I have been treated very well here. Sure the workload can be heavy at times but this is a job and not a vacation. This is China and even with Canadian ownership and management things will not always run they way we are used to in the west.
If I could sign a multi year contract I would. I will be here for many year. To quote one of the great thinkers of our time, "That's all I have to say about that".
