This school has poor working hours and anti social students. The salary is low and there is no career progression.
A very easy job but you need a thick skin or to be a drunk which works well with the working environment. Best thing is all the willing staff and students. Most managers are low paid retards (IQ less than 68) and yes men, Head office is even worse!
