I worked at this school in the previous academic year and wanted to share my experience for others who are looking. This school is also known as Fuwai, FUIST, and fuzhou university of international studies and trade. To put it bluntly, this is not a nice place to work. There are many issues but I'll state the major ones here to save time. Firstly, they don't always pay on time and/or the right amount. It's always a gamble on when and what you're gonna get. Second, the visa...good luck getting it. They make promises but don't deliver, I tried to get my visa multiple times (wasted a lot of money on trips) and the school was not able to provide me with a proper working visa. Lastly, don't let the name fool you: this school is not actually in the city of fuzhou. It's in changle, a small city about 1 hour outside of fuzhou. Some of the people here are really sweet and may have good intentions but it's just completely disorganized, don't waste your time or money. Hope this helps other teachers in the future.
