Thank you for taking the time to dispute the information provided by "Jack" about your training school.
Names used on internet forums are routinely modified to protect the identity of the people posting; there is no way to determine whether "Jack" was actually one of your employees.
Attaching that photo of the actual names of your employees on the internet places them at risk.
A quick question if I might about your employees Mr. Meza and Ms. Guerra: are they citizens of a native English speaking country, as required by Chinese law to teach English, or does your school offer lessons in Spanish and/or Portuguese? Perhaps the Xian Immigration Police department has additional questions for you about the their visa status.

Dear Administrator of ESL TEACHERS BOARD forum,
I am Faye, the director and school principle of Xi’an Sino Seashore International Language Training School(www.xinsishu.com.cn) in Xi’an,
I have read a late article about a teacher called Jack said he was threatened by my school(see the content of “Avoid Sino Seashore Xi’an” on the right.
The truth is,we don’t even have a teacher named “Jack”, the picture below shows the legal certificate records of all the teachers we have since 2015.
The real situation is: First. All the foreign teachers have two before they come to work in China, one is they can live in a school provided shared apartment, the other is the employees can live in his or her own private apartment, and school pays the housing rent fee together the monthly salary(usually, the new teachers don’t have enough money to pay the housing rent fee in advanced, the school lends money to foreign teachers to satisfy their living situation, and this amount of money will be divided into 5-6 months to be paid back, So far, there is no teacher are living in the school provided house.
Second, All the certificates (like passport, foreign expert certificate) will be given to foreign teachers according to the Chinese foreign affairs laws as soon as we get them from different department of government, the certificate will only be needed when needs to be cancelled, expired or renewed, so we don’t keep anyone’s personal belongings at all.
Thirdly, the contracts that teachers signed are equal same as the ones they sign in when he or she reaches school, and another same copy of contract will be sent to the Foreign Expert and Administrator Office(Government)for them to keep a record, so that’s impossible if we suddenly change the contract without discussing or telling the government, because that’s illegal.
Fourth, we have only 4 full-time job teachers, three of them were transferred to work in my school from another school in Xi’an, only one teacher comes from Spain, and started work since this April, and she was also introduced by one of her friend in her previous school.
So far, all the treatments that the teachers getting are all right following the contract, and laws, We also offered them helps when they in need.
We will seek legal help, to retain the right of litigation for all this unexpected happens, and we have reported all the necessary possibilities to the society and official government to show the whole truth.
I wish you can help us to delete the content, which can cause the inconvenience and bad reputation, and I hereby ,with the signatures of all the foreign teachers(since the school was found) to prove all the content in the picture is slander, and we will take all the necessary research to figure out the real person and reason why he or she posted this.

School Principle of Xi’an Sino Seashore International School

I've worked for Sino Seashore xi'an, their website is http://www.xinsishu.com.cn/, Sino Seashore xi'an offered me a contract when I was outside China, and they changed my contract and of course my salary after I arrived in China. I had a talk with one of the foreign teachers in school before coming to China who assured me that everything is fine and the school is great, after I worked for the school, I was told by the same person that he is sorry for what he said earlier, and the school is not as good as he said. And he couldn't tell me the truth as they keep his passport and he was a bit worried to lose his job etc.
I was offered free accommodation and I saw nice photos of the apartment I am going to stay before coming to China but when I came Sino Seashore xi'an did not offer me the same apartment, and I had to live in an apartment that's full of roaches and dirt.
I spent in Sino Seashore xi'an a short time and I decided to quit, I gave school notice but what happened is they took my passport, and my belongings ( laptop and cellphone from the office ) and I was threatened either I keep working and finish my year contract or not getting my stuff.
I have not seen things like this in my life ! And I just left Sino Seashore xi'an. Just an advice don't ever work for Sino Seashore xi'an. Never to work for Sino Seashore xi'an . Sino Seashore xi'an isn't professional at all.
