[edited]'s Saga - 2017-06-15
In response to Re HongKong Young Artists Academy (Tina)

After being accepted by HK-YAA, www.hk-yaa.org and the ruthless, unscrupulous, cunning manager [edited], passed the skype interview and I was ready to buy 1001 USD dollar ticket, 301 Euro visa investment, for which [edited], won’t pay you, be prepared dear Teachers!

Off I am, arriving in Hong Kong funny journey, connecting to Guangzhou, but realize that China is another world. They won’t let me enter with fake Hong Kong working contract which [edited] had provided me with. It doesn’t tell anything to the Chinese Authorities, they look at it with disgrace and humiliation. Since, [edited] wasn’t capable of offering me Chinese working permit Z, neither did she help to ensure at least the legal working permit for Hong Kong, of course, the immigration department returns me back to Hong Kong.

And now, as soon as [edited] hears my border adventure, not that she does not bother to come to help or meet me or feel any responsibility at all in Hong Kong, but tells me: “Just book a hotel!”, as if I were rich person, while I barely even managed to arrive in HK. Never mind that! She helps me on quick express M – business visa for entering again China on which I am still not legally allowed to work in China, but in order to bear with it, I’m willing to compromise given the urgent situation that I was stuck already for 24 hours in Hong Kong Airport.

What for? Due to stupidities, dummies and complete and full ignorance and apathy of [edited] of not confessing or telling me the truth in advance that she has no legal business registered in China at all. That’s why she cannot provide Working Permit Z for China when requested by local Chinese embassy. Her business is vaporized. However, she lies to teachers on pretext that: “It’s very difficult to get Chinese working visa”, when in fact it’s not at all, once you’ve got the qualifications and all the diplomas to show.

I get the M business visa to enter and try to figure out things from inside China. However, when [edited] meets me the fist day, she is unwelcoming, judgmental on me immediately based on my finger disabilities where two of them are attached, medical syndrome of Syndictalia, the rest of them not so developed normally, by telling me rudely why I didn’t tell her that I had this problem. A small “disability” which to me it is not a problem at all and does not hinder me to teach anyway, as I am left-handed which is completely normal and functional. My small disability is only on the right hand, but with which I can do most of the things also.

But for one month for how long my visa was supposed to last, to survive me to extend into another one for next month, she did not bother to find me the school at all. Was refusing to even pay me for the ticket, visa or even for all that month I had wasted for her. When I came back to Hong Kong to apply for another business visa to re-enter China, she simply told me: “Go, home! No need to come back to China”, and refused to help me on visa to re-enter China. Canceled my contract and my working visa that she had applied for Hong Kong. This way, I could have no facts or docs to even sue her in the court.

Be prepared! I warn all the teachers do not go to teach with her without having first the working permit Z to teach in China, because it is very dangerous if you have to pass borders in and out every month between Hong Kong, as you may end up in prison also for illegal working.

Furthermore DO NOT go for Hong Kong Young Artists Academy, you’re bound to fail on any request you make, and [edited] is as rude and unsympathetic person as she only can be. They are extremely disorganized and [edited] has no clue on how to manage this agency. She either pretends to be stupid, or it just favors her to risk your life and make profit from you on her side. So, just keep your eyes opened and make it clear to her to provide you the working contract for China, if you are to work in China, not for Hong Kong.

Make sure not to put up with her 5,000 RMB salary, that is for locals. You as a foreigner even without experience should ask for minimum 10,000 RMB and up. China and Hong Kong, are two separate countries and administration. Above all, make sure that if you are working in China you have the working visa for China and not for Hong Kong, PRIOR to your flight. Be safe and secure your working visa first, before you buy the ticket or sign the contract at her office.

Not to mention that she’s not worth working with at all. So, better just find another agency like Primo Education Center in Hong Kong and Winson Chan will be a great manager and he will take care of everything you need basically in efficient and quick manner, and you won’t have unexpected problems as with [edited], who to my opinion does not know how to run her own business and appreciate the good assets among her employers and staff. She only cares about her whims and money making strategies out of your skills. Don’t let her fool you and don’t fall for her cunning politics and her prey.
