yes many managers are losers who only got thier jobs because they worked in remote places or got into esl before it was popular in some countries
Most were promoted because they were the only option and say yes to everything. Having poor social skills is ok if you just smile and look the part , are you in HCM ?
Apollo pays less than most schools in Vietnam and the local managers are incompetent and rude. The school makes an easy job stressful and doubles working hours with pointless admin tasks.
There is a ridiculous amount of crappy workshops. Expect to be treated like an 8 year old esl student during any training.
Many HR staff and local managers lack an understanding of punctuation and basic grammar.
My advice is to work for another school that pays more and promotes a better class of managers
