i do not know who you are ,but you worked for huamei for years, what you meant was i had the right to decide who could keep working for the school ,who could not. Well ,When you left , i was just newly came to Huamei, even now , i did not have the right to decide that , i always to reporter to the princial what teacher we shoul renew the contrat, what teachers should we hire. About the residence permit , it is the police's job, it is not mine ,it is not schools. Every City has their own policy.
