In response to Re VipKids in China (Penny)

I have worked for VIPKID for 2 months and they did not require a passport. I thought that too, but you can actually just upload your driver's license where it asks for the passport.

Anyway, VIPKID is an awesome company. I am a stay-at-home mom and I missed teaching and making money, so I was so excited to see an ad in my local job pages for VIPKID. We teachers get a $50 referral bonus if we recruit someone so that's why you see teachers involved in the recruiting process. I have been paid and have had no problems with them. The kids are adorable and I feel like I'm a good teacher. I always get 20 hours/week worth of work scheduled and I choose my hours. We have a Facebook group just for teachers and it's great because we connect with each other and ask lots of questions and it's a nice community of teachers. Way better than when I worked in public school teaching Language Arts. I get paid $20/hour! That's actually better pay than public school here in Idaho. What can I say negative about the job? Nothing!

Oh, and if you want to apply for VIPKID, click the link below :) :) haha
