I also feel for the OP, but I see your crusade of all private educational institutions unjustified, your knowledge of English inadequate and character questionable. Perhaps, there's a reason why your "training programme" that you say you developed is weak to say the least.

I can feel with you. The same happened to me in the case of an ESL teacher training programme
I developed for Helen TEFl in Hangzhou. I was never properly paid for it, and therefore
I left without handing my finalized work to them. They were using then unfinalised
versions of my work left on the company computer that I had no opportunity to delete
before I left. I sold my work to someone else afterwards. China is a world champion in
violating copyright, they even do not know what it is....LOL
