Hi VIPKID ESL Teachers!

I am currently a teacher candidate at VIPKID, and am so excited for the opportunities at this job! However, I have had some trouble with their training files. I am about to have my first practicum on 3/16, but I keep having trouble opening some of their .ppt files.

Here's the problem:
If I click the download link on the VIPKID teacher portal in Chrome, it either tries to download as an .htm file or opens in Google docs as a .pdf with a black screen, saying "No preview available."

If I do the same thing in Firefox, the error message reads, "Server not found."

I have up-to-date versions of Chrome, with all the plug-ins for viewing .pdf's and .ppt's, as well as Firefox. I'm using Windows 10. I fiddled with security settings, cleared my browser history and cookies, and even knocked out my firewall and virus protection to try opening the VIPKID practicum class ppt. Still no luck!

Again, I can open most of the files on VIPKID and even some of their PowerPoints, so I don't know what the trick is with this Practicum class PowerPoint. I'd like to maximize my prep time before my practicum, so any tips you have would be so appreciated! Please let me know if any of you have found work-arounds for this type of problem opening VIPKID files.
