We have been doing a lot to improve this and take negative feedback very seriously and understand its importance. I am a teacher with VIPKID as well as help to recruit, so I understand fully that there are lots of things we need to work on. Most important to note though is that we have an incredibly high retention rate. Everyone is happy with the job itself, it just seems that the problems we are having have been related to the interviewing and training process. I think its mostly due to the fact that we are growing very quickly and so are mass recruiting. This will lead to some mistakes being made for sure and good talent being lost because of miscommunication, but we truly are a great company to work for and the fact that virtually no one quits is evidence of this. Kids are happy, teachers are happy, only people that are unhappy are those that fail the interview process, which is not always their fault and so I understand why they would be upset.
