Huamei Foreign Language School 509. Huanghe Five Road Binzhou
I worked for Huamei for 3 years up to 2012, the school was very good in those days and was reasonably well run. Yes the city was not big or particularly clean but the people were friendly and i enjoyed my stay there. Remember this is China and is a developing economy so things will never be perfect. Only thing i will agree with is most teacher assistants are lazy and will be repeatedly late for class but some are very very good and it makes teaching so much better if you don't have to be continually disciplining your class. I agree that phones can be a nuisance but the school could ban them in class and that should solve the problem.Wake up Huamei you used to be a top school and you can be again. Look after your teachers and they will look after you.
GOOD DAY FOLKS.... Be aware Huamei Foreign Language School 509. Huanghe Five Road Binzhou City, Shandong Providence China.... CHINA AMERICA .... If you really want to work for a training school like this Please be aware... You are in for a rude awakening... Let's start this school is really filthy and dirty all over, when you walk into the door and go upstairs on the 2nd and 3rd floors in the school there is a bathroom on the right side before you go up the stairs and in the hall way before you go up the stairs to HUAMEI.. it smells like piss and shit all over and one time their maintenance personal didnot even clean up the mess and its so gross for a school like this its not a place of business.. Another thing is that their smart boards do not even work so it is very hard for all teachers including native speakers to do their work in class, plus lately mory the Head of the School and HR lang zhi had the internet turned off in the school and it is so sad that its turned off coz the internet is very helpful in the classrooms to help the students understand..
Now regarding the contracts of all of the Native Speakers this training center doesnot honor or follow the guidelines of the contract, plus this school doesnot have an academic director, no coordination, they donot even give 24 hours if there are changes in schedules, they donot give enough time for teachers to prepare for their classes, the chinese teachers are very lazy, they sleep, play with their phones and go shopping....The materials for the native teachers are really in poor and bad shape and ready to fall apart omg.... There is a lot of favoritism from the HR lang Zhi to some of the native speakers at the school and she makes the other teachers fell like a piece of crap and same with mory the head of the school... that's not good with the back stabbing.. No professionalism with the school and plus the dress code all of the chinese teachers, plus the HR dress like Hookers.. that's not professional for a business at all, with the atmosphere and people if they are like that...
Now the Chinese Assistants it is their job to help us native speakers to do our classes, but most of the time they are very lazy.. plus the HR of the school and the rest of the staff.. So be aware soon I will paste pictures up on this website of HUAMEI Foreign Language School here in Binzhou China and Mr. Mon the owner of this school needs to focus more on making his school look good and productive and not focusing on the money more thats the same with mory and lang zhi... Its better for them to be professional than not to be... Anyway Becareful to all of the native speakers from other countries that want to apply here at HUAMEI... tell your agents that you heard alot from this ESL Blog and Donot be placed here...
