I had to remonstrate with some mainland fools in Macau recently for rude behaviour on the public bus system in Macau (which is excellent and far superior to public buses on the mainland), and one blockhead fresh off the farm who crossed the road on a red light at a pedestrian crossing despite this being illegal in Macau.

Yes, the locals in both HK and Macau look down on them, and see them as a second rate Chinese people, or peasants, or nouveau riche. You can take the farmer out of the farm, but you can't take the farm out of the .......well you get it!!!!
