I experienced exactly the same things. The business is based on a race for the bottom, squeezing the bottom line. (except the managers salaries)

I ran and it was a great choice. Soon found a position in a training centre which was fantastic. nearly double the salary and half the work.

BDW is great at taking advantage of new teachers who don't know any different.
