I am looking for a place near the ocean with friendly people, sexy and exotic women, good bars and clubs, a lot of different Western foods.

That is reasonable. Losing interest in bars and clubs as I get older, but a nice restaurant with good food and wine is OK. Being near the seaside is definitely very nice, sand in between your toes, and a sea breeze. Quality of life is important.
