Really? You signed with a second school/company before you started working and before you started the work visa and had trouble getting a new one? I never heard of that. How would they even know if you were processing a visa with another employer and just never showed up?

It's also possible they weren't getting a working visa for him/her anyway. They had a few teachers who weren't working on a Z-Visa or residence permit in the same city.

If you can find a new job before they process your work visa I would definitely jump ship.
The problem with that is, it could be leaping out of the frying pan and into the fire.
How do I know???? Because I can't get a chinese visa since......

Sorry to frighten you! If you can find a new job before they process your work visa I would definitely jump ship. There are so many school in Shenzhen offering comparable benefits without many of the downsides of Yaohua. If you choose to stay at Shenzhen Yaohua, then keep your head down, and don't engage in conversation with Josh Garduno, Jenny, or Crystal. Just doing that should make your life better.

So sorry to hear that. Did they complete your visa yet? Once your visa is finalized then that is what will actually hold you to the school.

I signed a contract with Yaohua and now I'm frightened to go to the school now. I don't know what to do since I signed.
