I have taught in many places, but this school is so awful that I must warn other teachers about it.

1. The school doesn't provide a visa, but endlessly tells the teachers to keep waiting, even having them do visa runs.

2. The owner does not pay in full, constantly deducting large amounts from paychecks mysteriously, deducting paychecks punitively, and paying only in cash.

3. The owner is abusive and bullying, harassing teachers and attacking them personally over minutiae.

There is much more, but those 3 reasons alone are enough so that you should never, ever work for Omni International English in Narita.
