I one of the students who took the certification. Its been a Month now and I still havent receive any certificate from you. I paid for the standard mail delivery and one of your people named Alena throw-ed an attitude on me when I asked her about my certificate. I dont think your employees should answer your course takers that way. In my case I paid you guys a job assistance fee just to know that i am not eligible to work in that specific country. given. And then I was asked to pay for a multi-country job assistance which not not in my option because I already paid so much. I was asking your people to help me follow up you post office regarding my certificate and everytime I get a reply the answer is "they cannot follow it up". So what can i do about that? and same case as the writer of this post, i was asked to pay if I want you guys to re-send it via Fedex or DHL. Did you guys ever really sent it? because im starting to think that Iam scammed seeing that your company is always asking me to pay.
Before I attentively, pay on time because you always give me a deadline. But when I was the one following up, this was the answer I got
"I checked how long it should take by asking the post woman.
In other words, I checked how long any letter would take to arrive to you.
I am very busy now, so please feel free to get back to me if and when you require any of our further services. Thank you. Alena."
This is very frustrating since I took the course knowing that youll help me. and now, this is the answer that I would receive.

Rubbish! If you haven't delivered what the customer has paid for, it is not only valid law but good business practice to give a full refund at the customer's request!
You seem to represent one of the few TEFL schools that do not follow these good business practices. And you come across as a cheat and an incompetent money-greedy TEFL mill!

In the rare event that a course date is postponed or cancelled then - and this is the case of all TEFL schools - the client is offered the next available course. this is clearly written in the T+C of all TEFL schools.

There is nothing "shadowy" about this and given the fact that you end your comment with "Scam, scam, scam!" inclines me to question your "Doctor" status. Yet another anonymous poster, keen to respond at the ready.
Given the nature of your reply we will not be responding further in this thread.
We simply wanted to share our version of events, given that the student and the TEFL school which he took his TEFL with have been defaming us online ever since.
