I have worked for this company for 1 year and in that time I have been moved to here different schools the second apartment that I had as the worse apartment I have ever seen but was told there were no other options so had to live in it. The first school I worked for was fantastic there were no issues, the staff and children were brilliant and the apartment was really nice. Everyone was really friendly. The second school I went to the students were horrific. They had no discipline and no desire to learn which made teaching the few who did want to very hard. I received no support from e teachers or the company. The third and final school I went to the children had a high level of ability and a great desire to learn however the school was inexperienced with having foreign teachers and that created a number of different issues. The company has no respect for their teachers and view them as property especially if you are alone and not working as a couple. You have no say in where you teach or how long you stay there. They have broken their contract and refused to pay the correct amount of money owed when I was leaving. They also advises that they would be disciplining the Chinese staff as I was unwilling to stay. The company is in all honesty a disgrace. Id I could give anyone wanting to working in China a piece of advice it would be to not work for this company. Their contracts mean nothing to them.
