Wuxi is half way to Nanjing (from Shanghai). Wuxi Institiute of Technology will offer you a low-ball salary. Say, 5,000RMB per month for a 10,000RMB per month job. They will give you excuses on why their salary is so low compared to other schools, such as public vs. private and they don't have much money, etc. But in reality someone is pocketing the money, i.e. skimming. How do I know? I interviewed with them. Hope this helps...
