Every Chinese university now has an English website. There are many lists of Chinese universities available on line, some with website information, if not just google the name to find the English website.
The vast majority of these websites offer contact information for foreign teachers; many will have positions available for foreign teachers described in detail. At the very least, they will have an address for the Foreign Affairs department: look for fao@____.
Choose a city or province where you are interested in working. Compile a list of email addresses. Forward your resume and contact information. The hiring process occurs from April thru July for a September start and from October thru December for a January start.
As in all employment searches, this is a numbers game. If you have a college degree and are a citizen of an NES country, your response rate may be 3-5%.
If you are unable to negotiate this simple process, you are not ready to live in a foreign country. Stay home.
If you do not have a degree and/or are not a citizen of a NES country and are willing to risk deportation or worse, send your resume to recruiters who will give you a degree and falsify your nationality.
