What a stupid thing to say! The mental conditiion of an employer is of no concern to the FT as an employee.

I agree with you, it should have been on no concer; in which case the poster I replied to should not have mentioned that this boss-woman was suffering from a mental Illness, as if it were her fault. It would have served his purpose just as well if he merely complained that this woman is a thoroughly bad egg and a no-good boss- and gorn into proper details as to why. I totally agree with you, we are on the same side here ,dear boy. Mental illness is a terrible thing and should not be used against a person when there is no need whatsoever.
