Why should anybody stay at a crappy/rubbish school and put their physical and mental health at risk? Just because someone signs a contract it does not mean they should see it through.

In my experience some FT's are more precious and fragile than others. They need to toughen up- they need red-hot pokers thrust up em, and told to get on with it in no uncertain terms- 'mental health at risk, my foot!' China is no place for shrinking violets.
