I just wanted to share my thoughts on Simply English Moscow. I worked at the school from March 2014-2015 and I've just recently returned for the 2016-17 school year. Regarding the management, I honestly find Jack and Sergey to be more than professional and accommodating in how they treat their teachers. Last time I was here management consisted of only 3 people and I never felt alone or abandoned. The support structure in place is solid and reliable. Now they have an administration team of 7 which is, in my estimate, a real reflection of their growth as a company.

I was always paid on time. If I needed an advance, they provided it. Any and all administration issues I had to deal with, they were always there to help me. They promote an environment amongst their teachers and administrators that feels like a family.

Moscow is, at first glance, a big and intimidating city but through their help I felt right at home within less than a week. There are still challenges but I would have never lasted without the support of the institution and the personal touch of Jack, Sergey and the rest of the administrative team.

I'm very happy to be back here to start a new academic year and I would encourage anyone who is interested in living and working in Moscow to go with Simply English.
