This is common to all of China, Han are the most racist people on Earth and foreigners are an unwanted necessity, they hate you even more if you make big money in their land, and they only hate you because you are not Han Chinese. China has always been about racial harmony, the people we describe as Han Chinese are in fact many different ethnicities, there is not much in common between a Manchu and a Cantonese, but today both will describe themselves as Han Chinese thanks to the brainwashing that has been going on since the early Qing dynasty.

And yes Fuzhou is a sh*thole, in fact every Chinese cities are, they are not planned for people but for wealthy entrepreneurs, in Chinese cities there is a constant fight to know who has the biggest d*ck... I meant building, every entrepreneur with a land parcel wants to be the king, to build the tallest, most imposing building for no other reason than showing off. Large avenues with no crossing for hundred of meters if not a km are dug through the city, there are sometimes up to 10 lanes but cars still find a way to drive on the sidewalk. And in all of this the pedestrians get nothing but their eyes to cry.
