I second this. I studied in Hebei university for a semester and worked here while studying. The 'manager' Meilin Zhang is terrible. She puts all the children in one class and forces the teachers to teach using books which they copied. I heard the story about Meilin firing her American business partner; she can be a volatile, temperamental, nasty woman. It really does seem unfair that her friends/coworkers drive expensive cars, while the students can barely afford their textbooks. I knew two american girls who were working there. They were lovely, but after 10 weeks of that school, they had to leave as the school had made them so unhappy. Meilin Zhang doesn't speak English at all, and uses foreigners without shame, to make herself richer.

A school to be avoided at all costs.
