These Filipino teachers I am talking about have legal status of working in Korea.

They have been here for 8-10 years long before these rules have been laid out. They have been good in their work that they have been hired again and again.

Now, the rules in Korea are changing. There is an ongoing discussion to open Korea for Filipino teachers, Singaporean, and of Malaysian descent. This might start next year.

If that happens, then you will have an opportunity to apply.
