I'm a filipina, got married with chinese guy . We apply our marriage here in china. I'm pregnant this time and i want to go back in the Philippines to get born the baby in the philippines. I would like to know, how the baby can follow/ use the family name of his father?, what other paper documents i need to prepare?.
