How can I setup a goals program?
By:Arthur Buchanan

How can I setup a goals program? Primarily it's not a bunch of New Years resolutions. Then what is it? When you set a goals program, you look at all aspects of your life and see where it is that you want to change. Then you look very closely at how you can make all those changes and here and in it ‘self are the goals you need to process to get to where it is you want to go.

Then you make and set the goals as a program to get to where it is you want too go. This process will help you find ALL the goals you want to put in your plan and then write them all down and move forward from their! Now you need to break down your goals into three categories one, short-term goal, next would be the medium goals and finally yet importantly, the long-term goals if you have all three of these categories you know that you are barking up the right tree.

Now sort term goals are the ones you can see and are the closest to reach and are usually one of the easier goals you can have. Now when you complete some of theses easy goals, please know that you need to reward yourself for your small victories and then you will move onto your medium goals and these now should be clear as you have accomplished all of our short goals.

Now lest move on too the long term goals, now as you are working at goals in this category, you will set up more goals in all three areas and this is where you drop the goals that no longer fit into your plan. This will happen from time to time, its ok and you will know which ones are no longer needed because they will stick out like a sore thumb. Now know that there is always a goal program to work on because if you keep working on your goals, you will more than fill your present place and this will allow you to move onto the next level.
