You are probably wondering what “getting fit” has to do with making more money. Very simply: feeling more fit and attractive not only gives you more energy and let’s you feel the beautiful Self you are anyway, but if YOU think that you are beautiful and energetic then everyone around you does so as well. This includes your boss and your clients as well as your friends and family.

Why this Paradox? Have you ever met a person who probably wouldn’t make Hollywood’s “Top 100 Most Beautiful People” yet they have something so magnetic, something to enrapturing, something so charming about themselves, that you just can’t take your eyes off them and want to be in their presence? That person exudes a peace and self confidence that most people only dream about. And if we could slip into that person’s life and body for just a few minutes to see how they feel about themselves we would probably discover that they have achieved something we all can achieve, so many want it and yet so many dabble in life looking in all the wrong places yet never finding it.

• They are confident in who they are because they are authentic
• They would rather go the road alone in ethics than tag along with the masses and having to compromise themselves
• They don’t try to be someone they are not because they know that they’re all they have
• They are not trying to impress the “Joneses” because they have discovered that the “Joneses” don’t even exist
• They exercise and eat what benefits their 4-layered body suits so they can live in it for a long time to come, so they stay fit because they love themselves
• They always give it their best
• They know that they’re unique and believe the same of every human being they meet

People like this seem to always get everything; they seem to get the girl or the guy everyone wants. They seem to get the job out of hundreds of applicants. They seem to be “lucky” wherever they go and in whatever they do. And people ask themselves: “What does s/he got that I don’t have?”

How can you get a piece of their action?

Make these five steps a habit: 1. The first step to true freedom is DECIDE that “enough is enough” and to stop putting yourself into a box designed by others! Decide to be FREE!
2. The second step is to decide WHO you really want to BE.
3. The third step is to decide WHAT you really want to do in this life (pretend that money is not an obstacle, it will come to you).
4. The fourth step is to FEEL your desire to be who you want to be and do what you want to do.
5. The last and most important step is: Live AS IF it’s already so and it will be so!
