Motivation Tips
Would you like to be a far more confident person than you are at present? Do you feel that you have a low self-esteem? Are you jealous of other people, people such as members of your family or friends? A few years ago I would have answered yes to all of the above questions but I have now managed to find ways that have helped me to become a far more care-free and happier person. In this article I will write about these self-confidence techniques.
For some reason I was somebody who had a need to be liked as I grew up and I would go out of my way to please other people. This would include going to places that I did not want to go, just to please others and doing other things just to please others.
I would look at what other people had and would often compare it to what I did or did not have. This would leave me feeling rather sorry for myself and potentially could lead me into a period of depression. I as you can no doubt tell was a very fragile person who had a very low self-esteem.
Despite all of this I was desperate for change and was often looking into ways that could help me out of this mire or rut. Hypnotherapy was one option which I was very much interested in but unfortunately I could not afford their prices.
I then decided that I would go down the self-help route. I feel that I am quite a clever chap therefore why not?
I started to read many books on how to gain confidence and about how to increase self-esteem and worked very hard to implement the techniques and tips that I was reading about.
After about a year I was a completely changed person, a person who for the first time in his life could honestly say that he liked himself and that he was happy.
I have learnt not to care what other people think of me and to only do the things that I want to do.
