Motivation Tips
Have you ever wonder why some 'beast' could have 'beauty' as their girlfriend and you are licking sores? The reason is because they know their strengths and they work on it, while you just grumble about your losses.
People keep telling you to have confidence, have confidence but they never tell you how to build confidence.... Confidence is build by focusing on your strength.
But 1st what are your strengths?
Ask yourself questions like: What you want to do? Where you want to go? Who you want to become? And what skill sets are needed to accomplish them....
then work to acquire these skills....
2nd is grooming.
The way you groom yourself will be the way you see yourself. It’s easy to judge a person's character by the way they groom. if a person is lazy or they cant be bothered, then they will spend little or no time in their personal grooming.
Be presentable is what I am driving at. Humans are very visual (especially ladies) and if you aren't presentable, points will be deducted. You wont buy something that isn’t well packaged well right?
Besides, a well groom person exhibits more confidence in himself.
3rd is communication skills
I will just give you one tip.
When talking to people, speak in term of their interest. Do you know that the best conversationalist doesn’t talk most of the time? They ask question and listen and make the other party talk.
Again its human nature, people love to talk about themselves. Their topic and their life...
if you are shy, don't worry. Being a good communicator doesn't require you to talk, just ask prompting questions, sit back and listen.
Focus is the key to building your confidence. Don’t worry about your weaknesses; because once you have developed your strengths, weaknesses will seem insignificant.
