How to Start Conversations and Make Friends Easily
By:Austin Barnes

Want to improve conversation skills and make friends quickly and easily? You can have this ability.

Both of these skills are not hard to learn and can greatly boost confidence. Knowing how to confidently talk with other people allows you to make friends and increase your popularity. In order to start a conversation you first need to approach someone and use a conversation starter.

For example: I was recently at an event and I walked up to a stranger and said, "Hi." That one little work was my conversation starter. Then I followed up with a question, "What are you enjoying about this event?" which got the conversation moving.

When you are trying to make friends there are two things you need to do. First of all, you need to spend some time with the person you are befriending. Next, you need to find things that you have in common. I have friends with whom our friendship revolves around politics, others with whom we talk sports and still others with whom I can talk about anything because we have a close friendship.

In order to make friends, you have to spend time with people and learn what you have in common. Doing this you will quickly be able to initiate conversations with people and make friends when you have found common ground.

Starting Conversations and Making Friends is not hard to do. Approach the person, use a conversation starter, and start talking. As you focus on what you have in common you will strengthen the relationship.
