Are you mostly fearful or mostly secure? Is your belief in lack and scarcity and “hard times” stronger than your belief in ease, joy and abundance?

When you focus on fear you will create plenty of fearful things to fret about. If on the other hand you focus on joy and laughter you will attract plenty of fun and funny things in your life.

Perhaps it is seen as childish in todays very serious to not worry about the world’s problems? Perhaps it is seen as uncaring or cold not to worry about other people’s problems.

It is actually damaging to you to focus on anything other than joy. That may be a dramatic statement to make but it’s true. You own happiness is at stake every time you focus your attention on anything other than feeling happy.

Feeling joyous should not be a rare experience we only experience some of the time. It should be the norm. Wonderful things should not only happen to “other people” they should happen to us – a lot.

And these joyous moments can happen to us all the time if we allow them to. All we have to do is try our best to focus on joy every moment we can remember.

Tell yourself until you truly believe you are safe all the time. That nothing outside you can make you feel secure. It has to come from within.

And when you do hit this wonderful state when you are living a consistently joyful life experience – nothing can ever touch you.
