What if you have a good source of motivation now, will it assure you having a motivation in the future? Motivation is something that depends on you. It is not a object that when you possess it, it will be yours as long as you want. Motivation is not something you can buy. You cannot control when to have it or when to loose it.

View motivation just like a seed. A seed is destined to be a tree in the future and many of them bare fruit. Motivation should lead to a future success for us and we should reap in the right time of its harvest. But take note, every seed is taken care of before it blooms as a tree. It requires watering the seeds, putting vitamins and hindering any pest through pesticides.

A seed is taken care of, and so is motivation. You know what, you motivation now is useless if it will not provide you long lasting impact. Always remember, motivation should lead to your success. If a time comes that you failed to achieve it, ask yourself, did you taken good care of your seed of motivation? Did you cultivate it? Did you protected it? Did you enrich it?

As a friend, a mentor, a coach, this I will say, enrich the motivation that is within you. Don't let it slip away.
