As a creative artist and entrepreneur, I am always seeking new inspiration and joy. I have learned one will find joy in simple activities and in various places and activities. You must first be open to receiving the unexpected joy from the Universe. Always strive to live in the moment and you will be rewarded every time!

Here are my fifteen favorite pleasures which have inspired my spirit, mind and body.

1. Sitting by a fountain on a hot summer day.
2. Becoming someone's mentor.
3. Singing as loudly as I can from the top of a mountain.
4. Roaming around a museum alone on a rainy day.
5. Reading a good horoscope in the morning and having it come true.
6. Reading one of my old journals and realizing how much I've grown.
7. Dining in my favorite restaurant with a special someone and contemplating what wine to drink and food to eat.
8. Finally seeing a zero balance on my credit card.
9. Receiving flowers before I know who they're from.
10. Remembering a funny moment hours after it happened and laughing out loud!
11. Just knowing I look and feel beautiful.
12. Eating a juicy piece of fruit in the middle of summer.
13. Taking digital pictures when I go out with a group of friends.
14. Watching my dog smile at me.
15. Finding the perfect gift for a dear friend or relative.

I hope you will experience these fifteen simple pleasures. Remember, joy is all around you and it is waiting to catch you. Inspire yourself and someone else.
