Goals That Move You Toward Action
By:Adriel Yapana

Let's start with what is most important values. Do you have an intense desire to succeed with your fat loss. Yes, you've got to have the drive if you want to go somewhere, but you also got to have a destination, an arrival, a goal, a target. So let's talk about Goal, Plan and Mission Setting, GPM for short.

Your goal is your target: "to be at this weight or, fit in this dress or swimsuit." Your plan is what it is you act on, your intentions, what do you have as your action. For example, say to yourself: "I plan on getting up 45 minutes early every morning so that I can prepare my meals; I plan on doing 20 minutes of easy walking."

This is what I mean by having a plan, a set mission. It is your long-term vision of what it is you want to be ongoing throughout the journey of life. It's like telling yourself that you want to be at 125 pounds and be living a healthy and fit lifestyle. You want to create a fitness friendly atmosphere for your family when you are having family day at the park and such activities. As much as possible, set your plans before your day even begins. Going back to our method of visualization, you can now apply it to your personalized strategy that we have come up together. Imagine how you will reach your goals daily and plan set with "action steps!"

Spend some time with your strong desires. Even for a minute. You are worth it. Think about it in your morning prayer or meditation.
