Silent Ball. Students pass a koosh ball or nerf ball to each other, but the point of the game is they have to try to get the attention of the person with the ball silently (hints the name). Students cannot pass it to the same person twice, which makes sure everyone gets a chance. Heads up Seven Up is a classic, but I haven't played that game in my classroom because the same kids always get picked and it is not very equitable to everyone.
