I was on a company training course and this was quite good.
Each person draws a quick picture to reveal things about themselves, (does not have to be a picture can be anything) to give clues their interests family work holidays etc.

This should take 5 minutes, then everyone puts their picture into a hat or box, the box is shaken and then passed around, everyone takes out 1 paper reads it and has to guess who it is from the description picture, if they get it wrong it goes to the next person to guess until the person guesses right, then wins a small prize. You could also just put the paper back in the hat if it is not guessed correctly

To give you an Idea I drew a picture of a hotdog cart being towed with a big ringing phone sat on it with $$$$$$$ bills floating down to reflect my interest in the stock market, hot dogs and my work in the telecommunications business.
